I've started this business, because I truly love working with families, and being their trusted expert in the aging process. It's my passion. Helping families whether for themselves, family members, friends, or neighbors. I have found that so many people that don't know this industry have no clue where to start when their loved one is in need of help. You may call at many different stages of the aging process,  when whether you start at the beginning and are being preventable, in the weeds of the sandwich generation, or when a traumatic event has happened. 

 

With over 13 years of healthcare sales & operations senior leadership; I have seen about every kind of situation you could imagine families go through. From the distant relative who has no idea how bad things are, to the very involved loved one who wants the best for their mother or father. Every time I would meet with families, they would always say "Thank you for guiding me, telling me I'm not alone, and providing me with exactly what is needed" As you build your tribe raising children, it is the same on the other end of aging. The key is to AGE WELL. I'm building this company to do just that, and help you along the way.

Kelda started ALKO Care Advisors in January 2023. ALKO you ask? What does it mean? Well, let me tell you the story of how the name ALKO came to life. I have two young boys (ages 7 & 10) and they were so excited to hear that I was starting my own business. The first thing they asked was "Mom, what are you going to call it?" I looked at them in the rear view mirror while driving home and said "Gosh, I'm not sure. We are going to have to brain storm some ideas." The oldest one asked "What does brain storm mean?" I shared the meaning behind it, and in the car we started the brainstorming process....with a few discussions underway, the boys  said it had to have Alex & Kohen in there somewhere! So, we decided that (AL)ex & (KO)hen would be it!
